Former SVE staff member honoured in New Year List
Award Anne Knox has been recognised in the New Years Honours List
A former staff member of a volunteering organisation has told of her honour after being awarded an MBE.
Anne Knox was named in the New Year's Honours List and has been recognised for services to the good governance of small charities.
She worked at Stirlingshire Voluntary Enterprise (SVE) and during her time there, Anne provided expert guidance, reassurance and practical support to countless charities, with a particularly strong impact on organisations within Stirling and the surrounding area.
Anne thanked everyone for their support and told how it had been a privilege to work with dedicated colleagues in the volunteering sector.
