Anand Jain, Additional Director General of Police (ADGP), Armed J&K, along with Shiekh Junaid Mehmood, Deputy Inspector General, IRP Kashmir, visited the Armed Police Complex Mattan, Anantnag on Thursday.

The purpose of the visit was to review the functioning of IRP 10th and IRP 17th Battalions stationed at the complex.
Upon his arrival, Jain was accorded a welcome by the Commandants and other senior officers. He was presented with a ceremonial Guard of Honour by contingents from the IRP 10th and 17th Battalions.
The ADGP then carried out a comprehensive inspection of various unit establishments and allied offices within the complex.
