JAMMU: Indian Youth Congress (IYC) National President Uday Bhanu Chib on Tuesday met and felicitated the Jammu & Kashmir Deaf Sports Association team at the IYC Headquarters, following their stellar performance at the 27th National Deaf Senior Sports Championship.
