Helping those in need is the greatest service to humanity, said Balbir Ram Rattan, former Vice-Chairman of the Jammu and Kashmir Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes Development Corporation.

In a meeting with Dr. Ramzan Hussain, Chairman, Anjuman-Ahle-Islam, Balbir appreciated the remarkable efforts of this registered social organization, for consistently working for the underprivileged in Jammu and Kashmir.
He said that at a time when economic inequality is prevalent in society, various organisations have emerged as symbols of compassion and social upliftment.
