DIG RP Range, SSP Poonch conduct security review meeting ahead of Seerat-un-Nabi Conference

In view of the forthcoming Seerat-un-Nabi Conference scheduled to be held on 7th July 2025 at Mandi, Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Rajouri-Poonch Range, Tejinder Singh, accompanied by Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Poonch, Shafkat Hussain (JKPS), and Additional SP Mohan Lal Sharma, conducted a comprehensive security review meeting at Mandi, Poonch.

The meeting was convened to ensure foolproof security arrangements for the upcoming religious gathering and to instill a sense of confidence and reassurance among the general public. Addressing the officers and civil society representatives, the DIG emphasized the importance of maintaining communal harmony, law and order, and ensuring seamless coordination among all stakeholders to facilitate the smooth conduct of the event.
