Latest incident adds to string of shootings in Woodstock and Salt River in recent months.
Police are investigating the murder and attempted murder of two men in a shooting incident that took place in Bromwell Street, Woodstock, on Friday, November 7.
According to provincial police spokesperson, Captain FC Van Wyk, the shooting took place at about 10pm where two men, aged 26 and 60, were shot and wounded. “Police members attended to the crime scene where they found the victims with gunshot wounds to their bodies,” he said.
