Swans boss hopes to have back room in place for clash with Wrexham

VITOR Matos says his backroom team from former club Maritimo are on the brink of joining him at Swansea City.

Swansea have been made to wait to appoint Diogo Medeiros, Toze Mendes and Goncalo Ricca amid doubts over whether they would be cleared to work in the United Kingdom.
Head coach Matos acknowledged last week there were no guarantees the trio would work with him in Wales, with Swansea needing clearance from the Home Office and Football Association.
But the Portuguese now says his fellow countrymen should be unveiled at the Championship club before the home Welsh derby game against Wrexham next Friday night.
