WALES' First Minister has been questioned by Carmarthen East and Dinefwr MS Adam Price on what he describes as the dramatic decrease in house-building across Wales.

Recent figures on new house-building rates from the Welsh Government state that in 2024-25 only 3,798 new dwellings saw construction started, down 26% on the previous year.
