Cycle challenge in memory of friend

A GROUP of friends have completed a huge cycling challenge in memory of a dear friend and colleague.

The cyclists rode from North to South Wales, starting in Bangor and ending in Loughor, in Swansea, to raise money for a chemotherapy day unit at Llanelli's Prince Philip Hospital, where their friend Wayne Evans was treated.

The WE N2S (Wayne Evans North to South) cycle group raised an impressive £5,036 for the unit, taking in towns across the country, including Aberystwyth and Burry Port.
