Bake Off star opens second venue in city

BAKE OFF star Benjamin Conde has opened his third bakery in Wales.
After a successful launch in Llanelli followed by its entry to Swansea, St Hugo Bakery has opened another branch in Swansea's Uplands area bringing in more flavours from France.
Conde, appeared in the quarter finals of Bake Off: The Professionals and has offered his delicacies to Wales for quite some time now; first bringing popups to Cardiff, and eventually opening a bakery at the Llanelli Market in early 2025.
After serving 7,000 customers and selling 2,000 pain au chocolat pastries within three months of its opening, the bakery welcomed another branch in May, but this time in Swansea.
Originally from Llanelli, Conde now lives in Uplands, where he has now opened his third bakery. He is now looking to move the production side of business out of Llanelli, and into Swansea.
