Anger as dolphin left to rot

THE body of a dolphin close to a skate park has been rotting over several days and locals in Swansea are fed up of the “dreadful” smell.
The dolphin washed up near the Mumbles Skate Park and locals say they reported it to Swansea Council as early as June 21.
