Ramsey: Young talent key to future success
South Wales Echo
|May 06, 2025
AARON Ramsey believes the talent coming through the ranks at Cardiff City can help them back to the Championship.
Cardiff will play in League One next term after a desperate season saw them relegated with only nine wins to their name.
Their final game of the campaign was at Norwich City at the weekend, with the Canaries winning 4-2.
Cardiff will have a new boss next season following the dismissal of Omer Riza with just three games remaining.
But whoever eventually takes charge will benefit from the young talent making its way through the club’s academy.
Cardiff had already suffered relegation ahead of their trip to Norwich and young players Ronan Kpakio, Dylan Lawlor and Tanatswa Nyakuhwa were all afforded game time by interim boss Ramsey at Carrow Road, in a bid to give them some much-needed exposure with nothing riding on the outcome of the match.
