A RECENT piece of Liberal Democrat campaign literature in Caerdydd Ffynon Taf promised that electing their candidate could lead to energy bills being halved by 2035. While it is encouraging to see other parties now speaking so boldly about clean energy, it's worth recognising who set this agenda in the first place.
