UPINGTON CITY'S VUYISILE NTOMBAYITHETHI
Hola Vuyisile, we are so happy that it’s time for Part Two because last week you had some hilarious moments you shared about your former coach at Chippa United, the late Mike Lukhubeni. So, let’s carry on there...
Eish, my man, ha, ha, ha. He was such an interesting character. There was a time when I found out that he does not have the right documents when we were meant to travel for one of the matches. It was my chance because, remember, he gave me such a difficult time when I joined Chippa.
Ha, ha, ha. We can never forget that...
So, we qualified for the Last 32 of the Nedbank Cup and we were playing against Witbank Spurs. So, we had to fly, and on our way to the airport, I was quiet on the bus because he had already knocked my confidence. I was sitting next to him and, to be honest, I was shocked about that because I felt like he didn't like me. But anyway, we were seated behind the driver, but when I looked at him, he was sweating. So, I was wondering what was happening. He asked the driver to put on the aircon because he was sweating. He was like, “Kushisa izinto eziningi (A lot of things are hot).” In my head, I was thinking it was not that hot because there was a breeze in Cape Town. It would not be as hot as Upington or Limpopo.
Ha, ha, ha. Carry on...

Will Pirates also suffer similar Downs fate?
Now that Pirates have contributed 9 players to the national team, the same fate that befell Sundowns could visit the Soweto team at the end of the AFCON.

South Americans are very fragile
Last weekend we saw Orlando Pirates make history by becoming the first Carling Knockout champions to beat the All-Stars team, after both Magesi FC and Stellenbosch FC failed to do so in the previous two seasons. Pirates were forced to play without several of their regulars as they are in camp in preparation for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations. Coach Abdeslam Ouaddou's charges beat coach Manqoba Mngqithi's team 2-0 to be crowned champions, for the second time in a week. Congratulations to Bucs as they close the year on a high note.
