Man died in crash just months before birth of first child

PROMINENT members of the Lithuanian community in Boston have reached out to support the family of a young man from Billinghay who was killed in a collision two weeks ago.

Mantas Stirbys was involved in an accident involving a lorry near Boston on Thursday, June 12.
He sustained serious injuries in the collision and was airlifted to hospital for treatment in Hull. However, he died the next night.
Cllr Lina Savickiene and her husband Aurelius Valutyte together gave £100 to the appeal.
Lithuanian by birth, Lina is an elected Boston Borough Councillor and she and Aurelius, have lived in Lincolnshire since 2012.
