Janet Simpson, 53, has transformed her weight with the help of a Slimming World group at the South Shields Indoor Bowls, on Horsley Hill Road.
Being a busy hairdresser, Janet works long hours and takes irregular breaks, which led to the temptation of quick fixes for food.
