BEST-LAID PLANS... Having acupuncture, and, above, swollen ankle
During December I had one of those cough-flu things that took a slight edge off some things, but more importantly for me this meant I only ran for part of the month, even when I did, I did not feel 100%.
So picture me, going to Parkrun on New Year's Day finally firing on all cylinders again, looking forward to starting the year with a run, thinking maybe I will run every day this year as an added challenge. Walking to the start area, I proceeded to trip and fall, badly spraining my ankle.
