Yousaf's knuckles rapped over clip filmed at Holyrood

HAPLESS Humza Yousaf has been rebuked by Holyrood officials after breaching parliamentary rules by filming a party political video on in parliament.

The former first minister, inset, bemoaned the fact he was asked to delete a clip where he blasted the UK Government for means testing the Winter Fuel Payment.

He was reported by Scottish Tory MSP Annie Wells for posting the video, which appeared to have been filmed in the MSP block within Holyrood, on social media on September 5 last year.

Scottish Parliament rules warn MSPs that “recording/film-ing/photography of a party-political nature or for party political purposes is not permitted within the building.”

The video featured Mr Yousaf claiming Scotland would be better off without “austerity obsessed Westminster governments” in a clear promotion of SNP policy on independence.
