'What a character, what a rock star, what a racer'

Sky Sports commentator Martin Brundle praised the charismatic ex-racer, saying: “RIP my friend. Condolences to each and every one of your lovely family.

“What a character. What a rock star. What a racer. So many drivers owe you so much, you gave us our chances and believed in us.”

Impact

“Tell me which team principal today is like him. You can’t give me one because there isn’t one. They don’t make them like that now. We will never replace him in Formula One.”

Sir Keir Starmer also paid tribute, with a Number 10 spokesman adding: “I think everyone has been shocked and deeply saddened by the sudden loss of Eddie Jordan. The Prime Minister’s thoughts are with his family at such a difficult time.

Cowardly Keir is worst PM

I CAN'T decide whether Keir Starmer is terminally stupid or he just thinks we all are. I watched his rambling press conference this week - which was supposed to be about the government's £800million initiative to save the High Street (which wouldn't need saving if Wrecker Reeves hadn't taxed businesses to hell and back) - and concluded he's not just THE most disastrous PM in history he's also a morally bankrupt coward who is 100% self-serving and will do anything to cling on to power.
