Veterans win fight for voice on terror

A DEBATE over legal changes to protection of veterans in Northern Ireland will take place in Parliament after a petition — supported by the Daily Express — passed 100,000 signatures.
It calls on the Government to not make any changes to legislation that would allow veterans to be prosecuted for “doing their duty in combating terrorism”.
