Climbdown... MSP Gillian Martin
AN SNP Minister has been forced into an “embarrassing climbdown" after making a misleading statement at Holyrood.
Gillian Martin had claimed SSEN plans for a 70-mile pylon scheme had not been lodged with parliament.
But the energy secretary has now said she will correct the official record after it emerged it had been submitted to the Energy Consents Unit in September.
