Palace wants ‘the fullest probe’ into Giuffre allegations

THE Royal Family believes the allegations against Prince Andrew “should be examined in the proper and fullest ways”, a Buckingham Palace source has said.

- By Rebecca Russell Deputy Royal Editor

It follows reports which claimed the prince asked a royal protection officer to “dig up dirt” on Victoria Giuffre, the woman who accused him of sexual assault.

The Met has said it is “actively looking into the claims” Andrew passed Ms Giuffre’s date of birth and social security number to his bodyguard.

Her posthumous memoir, published today, is expected to pile increased pressure on the prince. Further allegations in the book emerged yesterday, with Andrew’s team accused of trying to hire “internet trolls to hassle” Ms Giuffre.

Andrew, who denies all claims against him, announced last week he would stop using his honours and titles.

Having read his explosive Insta post I felt something weird about Brooklyn... pity

I ALWAYS had Brooklyn Beckham down as a thick, spoiled, entitled nepo baby — the kind of young man who, thank God, was born into huge wealth and privilege, because it was clear he wasn’t equipped to make his own way in the world.
