Nice CV, but something's not right with your aura

Energy reader Shirley Palmer uses her sixth sense to help employers get the real lowdown on potential hires, from picking up on dodgy resumes to seeing their true colours...
-
It used to be so simple, send in your CV, perform well at the interview, and if references were good the job was yours. But now, it's not just qualifications and experience being scrutinised.
“Growing numbers of companies, large and small, are hiring psychics or intuitive management consultants to scan potential staff,” says energy expert Shirley Palmer.
“I've sat in on interviews all over the UK, incognito, for positions ranging from head of finance and other management roles to PAs. Once the candidate has left the room, I'll give my client a rundown on the person's strengths and weaknesses as revealed by their energy, their aura.”
However, Shirley, 63, can also work from a distance. “Whether I'm at the interview, or miles away looking at someone's photograph, I'm still reading a person's energy,” she says.
“When I read an aura, I see colours around a person's head and shoulders. Each shade reveals an individual's natural tendencies, such as orange for creativity or blue for communication, both crucial traits whatever the role.”
But there are also warning signs. Someone might look the part, but if Shirley spots too much red in their energy field, it indicates a big ego while a dominance of yellow suggests self-doubt.
