St John Ambulance band is being evicted after 50 years
THE nation's last St John Ambulance marching band has appealed to King Charles save it from eviction after it was given until next month to find a new home.
The musicians have been at their base for 50 years and share it with St John Ambulance Badgers and Cadets programmes for youngsters.
It was built on land donated to community organisations in 1974 and funded by donations.
