Girl aged 5 youngest of 11 dead in Vancouver tragedy
A MAN has been charged with multiple murders after a car ploughed into a crowd at a festival in Canada.
Kai-Ji Adam Lo, 30, appeared before a judge hours after he was held in Vancouver where 11 people were killed, including a girl aged five. He did not enter a plea.
Investigators have ruled out terrorism as a motive and said more charges were possible.
They added that Lo had a history of mental health issues.
Those killed in the horror on Saturday were aged five to 65, officials said.
About two dozen people were injured, some of them critically, when the black Audi SUV sped down a closed street just after 8pm and struck people attending the Lapu Lapu Day festival.
