Leo McKinstry Don't Drag children to vulgar story time

THE SURRENDER of officialdom to the lunacy of transgender dogma has been remarkable.
-
Rather than uphold the structures and values that built our civilisation, our political class has imposed a social revolution that subverts family life, wrecks the innocence of childhood and defies biological science.
The advocates of change like to prattle about tolerance, but theirs is a cruel, destructive culture that can deprive women of their rights and leave young people mutilated by unnecessary surgery. Transgenderism also feeds hypocrisy by ministers who trumpet their determination to protect the vulnerable from harmful imagery through measures like the Online Safety Bill, whose age verification checks came into effect recently. Yet the modern obsession with sexual identities means pupils are bombarded with explicit material.
