Ibrox loss hasn't been swept under carpet by Hibees

HIBERNIAN head coach David Gray believes his players’ humility will help them bounce back from defeat as well as deal with raised expectations.

Hibs suffered their first domestic defeat of the season - and only their fourth in 2025 - when they lost 2-0 to Rangers at Ibrox in the Premier Sports Cup quarterfinal on Saturday.

Fans had high hopes of progress and the players also believed in their chances but Gray, above, is now looking to tonight's Premiership encounter at Falkirk as a chance to instantly change the narrative.

“It's important to move on quickly, which is the benefit of having a game coming so quickly,” he said.
