City distillery opens doors

THE first independent single malt whisky distillery to launch in Scotland’s biggest city for more than a century is opening its doors to the public for the first time.

The Glasgow Distillery Experience visitors will enjoy a tour and tasting experience hosted by experts as well as, of course, the chance to sample its wares.

The two-hour tour starts in the tasting room, followed by a look into the lab where guests will be given insights into how new products are developed and cask finishes selected for the distillery’s experimental single malt Small Batch Series.
