PROTEIN and broth will be the latest plate pleasers from British natural foods and supplements tour de force Hunter & Gather (H&G) when it unveils new products in a few months.

Remarkable growth and a huge fan following have turned the kitchen table start-up into a dynamic multi-channel business forecasting a £16million-plus turnover for 2025 and 50% annual growth.

Founded by entrepreneur couple Amy Moring and Jeff Webster eight years ago, it now has 35 product lines featuring oils, dressings, sauces as well as marine, bovine and hydrating electrolyte supplements. All appeal especially to healthy swappers and the gym crowd.

Inspired by the grassroots simplicity of ancestral diets and their foraging quests, H&G was ahead of its time when it began challenging the ultra-processed foods juggernaut.
