FREDDIE Flintoff can remember every horrific detail of the Top Gear crash that left him scarred for life.

- Mark Jefferies

Freddie: I thought 'My face has come off!'

In a new documentary he reveals he stayed conscious as he was thrown into the air and dragged along the ground and says: "I thought my face had come off."

The cricketing legend-turned Top Gear presenter suffered serious facial injuries when an open-topped Morgan Super 3 he was driving suddenly flipped.

Blood

The 47-year-old said: "I got dragged out and the car went over and I went over the back of the car, and then [was] pulled face down on the runway for about 50 metres underneath the car."
