Don't get me wrong, these employees are essential to the functioning, efficiency, and ability of the government to work for and with the country’s citizens. Town Halls are supposed to be open forums for the community to voice their concerns, lodge any complaints or criticisms in an orderly manner, and above all, gain some degree of understanding and resolution to issues facing the community. This is important in underserved communities like Chester. With Crozer and Taylor Hospitals both shuttered, leaving the city and the county without access to reliable medical care and creating an absolute healthcare desert, the town hall meeting should have focused less on supporting federal workers in keepi
