Runcorn Weekly News
|February 12, 2026
NHS dental services in Runcorn look set for a boost after a surgery’s expansion plans were given the green light.
Halton Lodge Dental Surgery has been granted approval to transform a nearby property known as Shamrock Lodge into a new facility which will treble its current capacity.
The surgery currently operates nearby and has done for the last 35 years but planning documents say it has been keen to expand ‘for some time’. The move will see it go from a single surgery to three.
