STAFF at a museum and art gallery will be taking on a 10k running challenge to raise vital funds to keep their doors open and free to everyone.

The Whitaker Museum and Art Gallery in Rawtenstall was established more than 100 years ago and given to the children of Rossendale by Richard Whitaker.
