When abusers faced justice at long last

THIS was the moment sexual predators who abused two girls in Rochdale were finally held accountable for their crimes committed years earlier.

Girl A and B were teenagers when they were subjected to horrific sexual abuse for years in the town, in the early 2000s. But it is only now that justice has caught up with their abusers.
Police have previously apologised for missing opportunities to stop the groomers and insist that times have changed in their attitudes towards sexual offences.
Greater Manchester Police released video clips of interviews officers conducted with the groomers, after seven men were found guilty in connection with the rape and abuse of Girl A and Girl B.
