Bhojpuri cinema's power star and recently joined BJP actor Pawan Singh is once again in the headlines regarding his personal life.

But this time, the matter is not just personal it could directly impact his political image and the BJP's upcoming Bihar Assembly election strategy. Pawan Singh's divorce case with his second wife Jyoti Singh has been ongoing in court for a long time, but a recent incident in Lucknow has given this controversy a new twist. The issue has now become a topic of discussion from social media to political circles. Since this matter appears connected to women's dignity, respect, and sentiments, it has created a stir in Bihar politics. The situation is becoming increasingly uncomfortable for BJP, especially as the party was planning to present Pawan Singh as its popular face in South Bihar for the 2025 elections. Regarding the latest incident in Lucknow, Jyoti Singh had earlier announced on social media that she was going to meet her husband in Lucknow. She wrote that she expected Pawan Singh to meet her. However, when she reached his house, the police were already present. She was neither allowed inside the house, nor did Pawan Singh appear. Jyoti Singh herself recorded the entire incident on video and went live. In the video, Jyoti Singh is seen crying uncontrollably. She says that if she is forced to go to a police station, she would rather end her life in the house. This statement and her distress touched people on social media. The video went viral, and thousands of comments supporting Jyoti Singh poured in.
