PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) has begun preparations for the 19th Punjab International Trade Expo (PITEX), its premier annual event. Like every year, this highly anticipated event will once again be held in December.A delegation from the PHDCCI, led by Punjab Chapter Chair Karan Gilhotra, called on Punjab's Industry and Commerce Minister Sanjeev Arora to deliberate on the upcoming expo. The meeting, held at Invest Punjab, Chandigarh, was also attended by Industry and Commerce Secretary Kamal Kishore Yadav, PHD Chamber Regional Director Bharti Sood, and Resident Executive Punya Bhatia.Karan Gilhotra praised Minister Sanjeev Arora for establishing industrial committees, emphasizing that for the first time Punjab’s industrialists are being directly involved in shaping the state's industrial policy.
Underscoring the importance of PITEX, Gilhotra noted that the expo draws lakhs of visitors every year and serves as a crucial platform for entrepreneurs to introduce new products. He further pointed out that in the past
