Punjab Water Supply and Sewerage Board Outsourced Workers Union, which has been on indefinite strike since June 10, under the pressure of the protest march on June 26 in Sangrur, the Chief Minister's city, as per the programme outlined by the state body, held a meeting with Local Bodies Minister Dr. Ravjot Singh, Chief Executive Officer of the department and other top officials at Sector 35 A, Chandigarh today regarding the demands of the outsourced workers.
