Strengthening the longstanding friendly relations between India and Bhutan, Himachal Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu today flagged off a vehicle carrying Chilgoza (pine nut) saplings as a gift to the kingdom of Bhutan from the state Secretariat today.
