Justin Snaith has made a good start to his Champions Season raid and the extra two furlongs should suit. Michael Roberts has been casting round for a regular jockey to replace the injured Rachel Venniker and Sipheslhle Hlengwa can take advantage of this opportunity as Roberts has him aboard most of his runners including Winter Blessing who made sudden improvement under Hlengwa last run and appears to have come to hand.
Alannah has gone the trip and was a fair third at just her second outing while Wendy Whitehead saddles Mrsglittersparkles improved last run behind easy winner Keukenhof and this trip should suit.
Inthe second, Kimball O’Hara is in good form and over his optimum trip. He also has the best of the draw. Run To Rio won well last time out and only got a three-point raise in the handicap. He also has an experienced apprentice aboard. Future Saint is struggling for his next win but was a beaten favourite last run and can make amends.
