THE pride radiating from Clinton Jawahir two weekends ago could not be captured in words - only felt. Fulfilling a lifelong dream of owning his own football club, Clinton now manages and coaches Jawahir FC, based in Chatsworth.

Two weeks ago Jawahir's side defeated Westcliff FC in the semifinal of the Chatsworth FA Cup, booking their place in the final at the 1016 Sports Ground in Woodhurst against Friends 11.
Unfortunately, Jawahir went down 2-0 to Friends 11 in the final last weekend.
"They really showed up and outplayed us on the day. But I'm still hopeful. We managed to book another semifinal spot in a local cup game, so things are looking up," Clinton said.
