A final consultation is under way as Portsmouth City Council moves closer to adopting a new Local Plan, which would guide the city's development up to 2040.
Residents, community groups and businesses are able to give their views on the Local Plan Addendum up until January 8 2026.
The addendum sets out a new draft policy for Tipner West, which is designed to avoid any impact on nature conservation.
