Polokwane Observer het by 'n motorhandelaar in die stad se verkoopsbestuurder aangeklop vir raad oor waarna om te kyk wanneer jy 'n tweedehandse motor oorweeg.
1. Kry die handelaar se beskrywing van die motor. Vra vir registrasiepapiere om die jaar van vervaardiging te bevestig. Die datum van die eerste registrasie sal die datum wees waarna jy soek. Jy kan ook vra vir die Natis-papiere. Die voertuig se status (soos kode 1 vir nuut, kode 2 vir tweedehands, en kode 3 vir opgebou en herstel) is ook beskikbaar.
