Four-game run comes to an end for Swifts

Jeanfield Swifts suffered a setback in their East of Scotland Premier Division run-in following a 1-0 away defeat at Hutchison Vale at the weekend.

It was a disappointing day in the capital for Robbie Holden’s men, who went into the match in good form having been unbeaten in their previous four matches in all competitions.

But a second half strike from the hosts ultimately meant it was long journey back to the Fair City for the visitors.
