Winners are celebrated at launch of Paisley Art Institute exhibition

The 136th annual Paisley Art Institute (PAI) exhibition opened last month at the historic Glasgow Art Club.
This year, the exhibition presents over 500 pieces of art and is the penultimate exposition before the 150th year celebrations in 2026.
Held in collaboration with the Glasgow Art Club, the exhibition celebrates the richness of artistic expression and provides a platform for both emerging and established artists to showcase their work.
PAI secretary Anne Hargan said: “The launch event was absolutely packed, we were glad to welcome so many people.
“We have over 500 pieces on display and for sale, with an amazing range of styles and prices for everyone. Our sales are already better than last year and we still have a few weeks to go.”
The exhibition runs up until May 31 and is fully accessible, with all artworks being displayed on a single level.
