Time for common sense politics

A Conservative voice
After almost two decades of miserable and divisive SNP rule, Scotland is in a sorry state and in desperate need of change.
That was the message I heard most often last week when I attended my first Scottish Conservative conference as party leader.
Listing all of the SNP's lies and incompetence is like shooting fish in a barrel.
So, what our conferences focused on was how our party would make Scotland stronger and better.
We are doing so by producing tangible, practical and bold solutions to improve people's everyday lives.
Our fresh thinking-rooted in basic common sense - seeks to fix public services, respect taxpayers' cash and put more money back in the pockets of hard-working Scots.

Historical works of Barts
THERE'S no delicate way to put this, so I'll just have to tell it as it is. Halfway through this programme, we watch a poor woman having her legs removed. And it's done while she's wide awake. But, as dreadful as this makes me sound, I have to say it doesn't upset me that much.
