Architect seeks to build units

Plans to introduce a number of industrial units at a site in Paisley have been submitted to Renfrewshire Council for consideration.

James Harper Architect has launched a bid for planning permission, on behalf of an applicant, for the project in the town's Wellington Street.

If given the green light by the local authority, it would lead to the creation of a building with five units on a plot of land that is said to be the subject of a short-term lease.
