Hagg Bar A are still on top after victory
Paisley Daily Express
|May 09, 2025
Paisley & District darts players returned to league fixtures on Monday night as the 2024-25 season reaches its climax.
-
In Division One, leaders Hagg Bar A were at home to Tartan Thunder, and with Pockets A in second place getting a victory over Court Bar who couldn't raise a team, they knew they had to win.
The match went the way of the Hagg Bar team as they ran up a very impressive 8-1 victory over the Thunder squad.
The result means Hagg Bar A maintain their two-point gap at the summit over Pockets A.
Third-placed Clachan Arros had a solid 7-2 home win over Hagg Bar C, while Flying Horse kept a grip on fourth spot after a 7-2 home triumph over Keystone B with the loss for Keystone keeping them in ninth.
The Midton continued to climb the table with a superb 9-0 home win over bottom-placed Rumours, and that pushed them up to sixth place - just one winning leg behind Tartan Thunder.
