Plans for UU Stores to expand into adjacent property
The Premier convenience store on Spey Avenue in Paisley
A request to make changes to a shopfront in Paisley - part of plans to take an adjacent unit-has been approved by Renfrewshire Council.
UU Stores has been granted planning permission, subject to conditions, for external alterations at the Premier convenience store in Spey Avenue.
The adjustments, including replacing the existing doors with one that would be centrally positioned, will take place as the two properties are combined.
A report of handling by the council explained: "This application seeks planning permission for shopfront alterations at Spey Avenue, Paisley.
