A new community radio station, ‘Local Radio 88.8 FM’, was inaugurated by leading voluntary organisation Young India at the Press Club of Odisha here Friday.
The event featured a special session on ‘15 Years of Community Radio in Odisha: Looking Back, Moving Forward with Local Radio 88.8 FM’.
Speaking on the occasion, dignitaries highlighted the role of community radio as a grassroot medium for promoting social change and civic participation.
