BCCI brings like-for-like injury replacement rule in domestic cricket

The BCCI has amended its playing conditions, introducing a provision for "serious injury replacements" in multi-day domestic tournaments for the upcoming season.
The move comes in the wake of injuries to Rishabh Pant and Chris Woakes during the recently-concluded Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy Test series between India and England that ended 2-2.
